Q. Are you licensed
and able to give us a certificate at the end of the
job?
A. Absolutely!!
ASR Electrical
Services P/L is a registered Electrical Contracting
Company that holds a current Gold Card issued by
Energy Safe Victoria. Our Electrical Contracting
Registration Number is 11923.
We are both certified
and qualified to carry out Electrical works
throughout Victoria. We have a $10 million public
liability insurance cover in place, a red card
(OH&S) as well as an E class license.
We are a professional
and stable organization, and at the completion of
any Electrical Works completed by us will result in
a certificate being issued.

Q: We need a quote,
but we are not really sure how many lights or power
points are needed, could you recommend something?
A. For sure.
Firstly we need a
copy of your plans. That can be done by mail, email,
fax or personally. Make note as to what you think
you may want or need and we will make further
recommendations and produce options based on
experience on how we can enhance the installation.

Each installation is
different, customized designs may revolve around
budget, themes (commercial, Victorian or modern
etc., etc.), others could include emergency
lighting, single phase or three phase main
switchboard, overhead or underground mains heaps of
two way switching, down light fittings, pendants or
batten holders.
For this very reason
we price everything by their own merits, and if we
get it right from the beginning it will avoid that
dreaded extras. We pride ourselves on personal
approach and customer satisfaction, and this will
result in a total explanation of the quote produced
as well as an example of products used.

Q: Can we have
colored switches and power points?
A: Yes.
During that meeting,
that takes place when explaining the quotation, a
series of product samples that we use and recommend
are displayed. There are many styles and colors to
choose from, some select colors to suit bathroom
fittings, others to suit kitchen appliances and more
commonly colors to suit the interior décor. This is
a decision that may be made at the completion of the
job, when a visual inspection on site may make the
choice easier.

Q: Payments and when
do you need to start on site.
A: Need not to worry.
We will thoroughly
explain as to when we are needed on site, as well as
us continuously checking on the progress of the
construction as it is in our best interest to ensure
that the development progress is in sequence with
when we are required.
Due to the company
stability, we require payments in three stages.
One, upon the
completion of any undergrounds or overhead works.
Two, at the
completion of rough inn, (wiring installation).
Three, at the
completion of the electrical works as per quote.
Cheque, Internet
banking or credit cards may make these payments. |
